Really nice city to visit. Our hotel apartment was really beautiful and very comfortable. It was bright and spacious. It was clean and the bed was comfy. Staying here was to bring our family to see Rome which was a one in a lifetime chance for them so that made it special. We were pretty much walking distance from the sights that we needed to see which was good. Would stay here again. There was also some cafes and shops locally so we didn't have to travel far if we didn't feel like it.

Not Very Good and Misleading I’m not very high maintenance but I do have some issues with the accommodation. The listing states “free breakfast” but that isn’t the case which is very poor advertising which I feel we deserve compensation for. The water is poor, I was told to run the shower for 10 minutes to get warm water, unfortunately this didn’t work. Good bits: it’s clean, the staff are wonderful and the location is perfect.

Was difficult to join the owner, when met the owner give us keys sand some basic infos.. No infos on the facilities around de B&b , like Restaurant ho w to go 'coliseum, Vatican.. basic infos the rest of infos will follow by email , we r back from 2 weeks and havent receive those emails , If you want to take a shower schedule at around 2-3 in the nigth and only one person , not enough hot water for two people. My opinion the owner is very close to his money and far away from their customer.

There are 2 good points about this hotel. It is clean and the bed is very comfortable, that's about it though. If you want a hot shower your out of luck, you have to leave the shower on for about 20 minutes to get it from freezing cold to luke warm at best. The building looks very run down from the outside and if you want to go out or go back in the evening/night be prepared for all the homeless that sleep around the entrance to the hotel every night!

I appreciate how Julian ( the receptionist/ cleaner) welcomed us and did his best while we wait until he finished cleaning our room. We did arrive early so we understand why our room wasn’t ready yet. We have no complaints against him. He is very sweet and nice. However, the room is totally different from the photos posted on their site. The room space was tolerable but no A/C and there is a very weird smell in the bathroom and the second night was totally NO WIFI. I texted the contact number but no response. The shower area was small. I am a petite woman and I weight 120 pounds I barely cannot move a lot and I do not think a 6 foot male weighing more than 200 pounds won’t be able to move freely in the shower cubicle. Another thing that is a disappointment was 2 month and 1 month prior to our arrival We requested for an airport shuttle (since it was mentioned that they offer this service, which is also the major reason we picked this property to stay) the day before the arrival was the only time we found out from Andrea ( he’s a male) that we won’t be able to picked up since he said the shuttle is already full. We we’re really disappointed. If we knew about that hassle we should’ve arrange a different transportation or went to a different hotel that offer the airport pick up. I didn’t like how he sent us the message saying that we never communicated very well with him. Like what I mentioned, we were already trying to request for this 2 months and again a month before our arrival. Only last minute we found out that we’re on our own to figure it out how to get to Dada suites. The only good thing about this property was Julian. We like him a lot . The location was ok but there are better properties that have better location to tourist spots and excellent service.
